Summer field crew positions

This is a perfect position for someone who wants a quick summer gig for cash, whether between college semesters, while travelling, or in between jobs. The position runs nine weeks, from May 31 - Aug 1 of 2023. Come stay on the farm with a group of fellow crew members, get fed, have fun, and work hard for two months — go home with a wad of cash. This position is NOT an internship — you will be paid more than an intern but your job will be to perform the gritty, grunt-work in the fields each day — seeding, transplanting, weeding, and harvesting. Examples of tasks include soaking mushroom logs each day, harvesting strawberries, weeding vegetables, transplanting salad mix, harvesting raspberries, and more! This is not an opportunity to learn about animal care or some of the other peripheral operations we have going on, though there may be opportunity to help with chicken processing for those who are interested.
